By inviting or using the AdilBot Discord bot (the “Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not invite or use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Bot you accept these terms. Using the Bot on behalf of a server also means the server owner or the person inviting the Bot accepts these terms.

2. Description of the service

The Bot provides Discord server features such as music playback, a virtual economy (Q Coins), polls, moderation tools, and Instagram media lookup through slash commands. The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot and must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines.

5. Virtual economy

Q Coins are a virtual, in-bot currency with no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for real money or any other consideration. Q Coin balances may be reset or removed at the owner’s discretion (for example, after a bot migration or a violation of these terms).

6. Third-party content

Music is streamed from YouTube and media is fetched from Instagram. The Bot does not host or store this content and is not responsible for it. You are responsible for how you use third-party content obtained through the Bot.

7. Moderation features

Moderation commands (ban, kick, timeout, purge) are permission-gated. Only users with the required Discord permissions can use them. Misuse of moderation tools is your responsibility.

8. Availability & no warranty

The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. The owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or unavailability of the Bot.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Bot.

10. Privacy

How the Bot handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Bot you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
