Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data the AdilBot Discord bot (the “Bot”) collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. The Bot is operated by its owner as a personal project.

1. Data we collect

To provide its economy features (Q Coins, daily bonus, blackjack, slot machine and the server leaderboard), the Bot stores the following data in Firebase Firestore:

2. Data we do NOT collect

3. Transient in-memory data

Some data exists only in memory while the Bot runs and is never written to a database: music queues and playback state, and poll votes. All of it is cleared when the Bot shuts down. Media downloaded through the Instagram command is kept in a temporary folder and deleted immediately after it is sent to you.

4. How your data is used

Stored data is used exclusively to make the economy features work, for example to keep your Q Coin balance across sessions and to show the server leaderboard. Your Q Coin balance is visible to other members of the server where the leaderboard is shown. No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any kind of tracking.

5. Third-party services

6. Data sharing

The Bot does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Only the Bot owner has access to the stored records.

7. Data retention & deletion

Records are created when you first use an economy command in a supported server and are kept until deletion is requested. To request deletion of your data, contact the owner via GitHub: https://github.com/Adilx05.

8. Security

Access to the database is restricted to the Bot’s service account. Firestore security rules deny all public access, and the Bot is configured to run only in the servers approved by its owner.

9. Contact

For any privacy-related question or request, open an issue or contact the owner on GitHub: https://github.com/Adilx05.
